The four sapphires in the finished “K” represent the four years of study a student must complete in order to graduate Kohler High School.
On a deeper level, the four sapphires represent the effort needed to be done by the instructor and the student to achieve a positive learned outcome. Through the practical and theoretical techniques of the instructor, the student’s learned information is turned into knowledge by the successful work achieved through their interaction.
